Flowers4Business is a social mission-oriented floral business focused on creating connections and well-being through flowers. The original website lacked clarity in messaging and structure, making it difficult for visitors to understand the company’s services and mission. The goal was to design a fresh, intuitive, and inviting site that communicates core values clearly and promotes the services effectively

Problem & Opportunity

​

The old site did not effectively communicate the company’s mission and core offerings. Users struggled to understand the services and the purpose behind Flowers4Business’s social impact goals. Improving clarity and structure presented an opportunity to better engage visitors and reflect the brand’s identity online.

Design Strategy

​

  • Information Architecture & Mind Map

    • Developed a mind map to understand key elements: audience, services, mission, vision, and growth points.

    • Built a structure that optimizes content flow and user paths.

  • New Visual Identity & Style Guide

    • Refined the brand colors using the original logo palette with lighter, fresher variations.

    • Added floral elements to align with the company theme and evoke a natural, inviting feel.

    • Chose Poppins font for readability and hierarchy: Regular (body), Bold (headings), Extrabold (key statements).

  • User-Centered Layout and Navigation

    • Designed a logical layout guiding users from understanding mission → exploring services → taking action.

    • Focused on visual balance and calm spacing for a friendly, accessible experience
